  • 1⁄2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
  • Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
